Rp55 Platform Terms & Conditions – A Complete Guide for Members in Malaysia

1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any of the services provided by rp55, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. This agreement takes effect the moment you click the "Register" or "Log In" button on our platform.

Rp55 reserves the right to modify, add, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. That said, we will make every effort to notify members via email or in-platform notifications when significant changes are made. It is your responsibility to review this document periodically.

2Member Eligibility

Platform rp55 is for adults only. To register and use our services, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Aged 18 years of age and above at the time of registration and while using the platform
• Be in a jurisdiction that permits participation in online Sports Betting and casino gaming activities
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not currently undergoing bankruptcy or insolvency proceedings
• Never been banned from using the service rp55 previously
• Register with accurate, truthful, and complete personal information

3Account Registration

Each user is only allowed to have one (1) account on the platform rp55. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

4Deposits & Payment Methods

• Withdrawals to e-wallets (TnG, GrabPay, DuitNow) are processed within 15 minutes
• Withdrawals to bank accounts require 1 to 3 business days
• Withdrawals must be made to the same account or e-wallet used for the original deposit
• KYC verification is required for withdrawals exceeding RM 5,000
• One withdrawal request in progress at a time per account
• Withdrawals suspected of fraud or money laundering will be held pending investigation

• Log out of your account after every session, especially on shared devices
• Rp55 will never ask for your password via email or message
• Report any suspicious activity on your account to customer support immediately
• Rp55 reserves the right to freeze any account suspected of being accessed by an unauthorised party

Your personal information is protected in accordance with our rp55 Privacy Policy separately. We do not sell or rent your personal data to any third parties.

10Account Termination & Suspension

You may close your account rp55 you at any time by contacting our support team. Any remaining balance in the account (after deducting any ineligible bonuses) will be returned to you.

rp55 reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice if:

• Evidence of fraud, manipulation, or system abuse is found
• A member breaches any condition set out in this document
• Multiple accounts registered by the same individual are found
• Registration information found to be false or misleading
• Evidence of money laundering or other illegal activities is found
• Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months

11Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, rp55 will not be liable for:

• Any financial losses arising from the use of our platform, including betting losses
• Service disruptions caused by system maintenance, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control
• Losses arising from account security being compromised due to the user's own negligence
• Any damage to your device or loss of data occurring while using our platform
• Inaccurate information provided by third parties within our platform

Maximum liability rp55 against any claim shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited in the 30 days preceding that claim.

12Dispute Resolution

Should any dispute arise in connection with the platform rp55, please follow the procedure below:

• Step 2: State your dispute clearly, and include your account number, date, and relevant transaction details
